I took my Polaris Ranger in for its 100 hour service. This was my first time servicing a bike/machine ever. I wasn't sure what to expect. I worked in the automotive industry as a service writer in the past. This, I had some expectations regarding people in the automotive and power sports service industry.
Devon was extremely professional from start to finish. My services were explained well and I received updates on my machine regularly. What really blew me away was the video updates I received from Matt, my tech. This allowed me to see what the tech sees. And allowed him to better articulate what he looks at and what he does. The videos also provide a great way to demonstrate the work that was completed. So, when they say "we worked on it today," you get a video that proves they worked on it. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Fay Myers. I highly recommend them for your next power sport service.
