"I inquired for an Internet quote and received an almost immediate response from Bryan Penney, Manager of Internet Sales. I went in the following Friday and spent significant time with Bryan looking at different models for not just myself but also my father who was interested in purchasing an ATV as well. Once I made up my mind on the right ATV for me we focused on my father who came in to test drive and purchase an ATV. Bryan was very knowledgeable and was able to make informed suggestions on the purchase. He could have easily suggested the most expensive ATV for my father to purchase but rather focused on his needs. In the end we purchased two brand new 2016 Polaris ATV's and afterwards Bryan personally loaded them onto our trailer and in our truck bed. "After not owning a bike for over a decade, I decided to get back on 2 wheels again. I did a LOT of research prior to settling on looking at the Ducati Monster and the KTM Duke/Superduke. After meandering around, I finally went and talked to Tony King and he gave me the scoop on all the ins and outs of the Monster, as well as the plus and minus differences between the 821 and the 1200. I decided on the Monster, but was hung on which one. Over the next few weeks, I was in the dealership 3-4 times talking to Tony, sitting on the bikes, getting more info on the two bikes, and doing a lot of research. Tony was always extremely courteous and informative, and always made a point to follow up with me each week, but without being pushy about it, and made sure to answer every question I had. I settled on the Monster 1200 and LOVE the bike! I definitely feel like Tony helped me pick the exact right bike for my purposes! After settling on a bike, Justin in parts/accessories was awesome! He went out of his way to help me find things that actually fit my gorilla frame, and spent a LOT of time answering questions on the benefits and drawbacks of different brands and styles, as well as ordering in accessories for my bike, etc. with no problems! Most recently I had my 1993 Honda CBR1000f 32k mile service performed, had the sprockets changed, and had a new chain installed. Not only did the tech's recommend the new sprockets, which I needed, but they arrived and had the bike complete a day ahead of time. Also, the bike runs AMAZING!! "I went there thinking there was no way with my financial situation would i be able to get an ATV, but my Sales Rep. stayed with me for weeks, keeping me informed of everything and I got exactly what I wanted, and on my tight budget less than I thought. "I bought a Yamaha V Star from Fay Myers in May 2006 having been off the road for over 30 years. At that time the service and friendliness of the staff were very good and throughout the summer I was always made welcome to just drop in for coffee and a chat with the sales guys. In November, I received a call from Andrew to tell me that there were some Harley's in the store and that I should come up and have a look at them as he knew that I had always wanted to own one. When I came over to the store there was a Heritage Softail Classic for sale (which I am now the proud owner of...thank you Andy) and from the start he was a true professional in everything he did. He was everything someone in sales should be - friendly, courteous, patient, interested in my needs before his own, truthful, and went out of his way to make sure that everything was just perfect, even taking the time to send me a thank you letter post purchase. He never at any time put any pressure on me to buy the bike and just let me go at my own speed. I even brought a friend with me who is a long time Harley owner who noticed some problems with it and between Andy and the sales manager, everything was attended to including a new battery and plugs from Harley, a race tuner (which they had Rocky Mountain Harley put in and do all the diagnostics on, and a new rear tire. None of this cost me a penny. The bike now runs like a dream. Awesome service. Everything I asked for I got. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and I can honestly say that I have never received such excellent service anywhere since coming to the States from Scotland four years ago. Rocky took me through the finance part of things with ease, explaining everything thoroughly, Cory got me the best deal possible with the insurance, and the sales manager worked with me to get the price to a point which I could afford.Even guys not involved in the sale were always friendly and helpful. "Your web bases ordering is not the best. Does not show the latest status of an order. Have an order I've picked up already and it still shows the same status 'Customer Pickup'. Should either be removed, or showing status of order completed. Have another order and it is showing the same status as day 1. "My initial motorcycle purchase (a new 2005 Honda Shadow Spirit 750) was a very pleasant experience, totally hassle-free and the salesman was very helpful. You even got me a lower interest rate than planned. While my bike has run flawlessly over the 14K+ miles to date, I did have the 600 mile service work performed and I have subsequently replaced both tires. All service was performed to my complete satisfaction and the service manager even suggested replacement tires (Bridgestones) that would give me better longevity. I followed his advice and am happy I did. The only dings I would give Fay Myers are: 1. The lack of a street riders chapter of HRCA (which looks like is about to be corrected). 2. I would like to see a better selection of cruiser clothes and accessories in stock and at a bit better price. The parts/accessories department staff are very friendly and helpful, as is the service department. While I honestly have to say that this is the only motorcycle dealership I have dealt with to date, I can say that I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Fay Myers so far and expect that to continue."Bill Fisher | Parker, CO
