"Recently, my wife purchased a new Hison J2 Speedboat (similar to a jet ski) from China that has a Suzuki engine. During our second outing on the water, it died on us and could not be re-started. All attempts to find a shop to troubleshoot and repair it proved negative after my wife called virtually every jet ski-related business in the Front Range area. Each shop rep advised us that they had no one that could work on a Suzuki engine. The last business we called was Fay Myers and spoke with the Service Manager, Michael Ritter. He advised us that his mechanics did not work on Suzuki engines either but graciously agreed to take a look at it, knowing my wife was at her wits end. We immediately took the boat over to their location on Arapahoe. Mr. Ritter and Jerod Varner, the Mechanics Supervisor, took time out of their busy schedules and did a cursory examination of the jet boat. Mr. Varner went further and diagnosed the problem without hesitation. In sum, Mr. Ritter and Mr. Varner were simply outstanding and went the "extra step" to help us. We are extremely grateful and will tell others of our positive experience with Fay Myers.
